Big Johnson Concrete Pumping workers try to find a way to remove the boom of their concrete-pumping crane from the roof of Blair and Christine Wickstrom's home Wednesday in Stuart.

DummyThe crane fell after the operator, Michael Pokornicki, pulled in an outrigger used to support the crane's boom while the boom was still erect.

Big Mack Big Mack Tells It Like It Is
Big Johnson President, Joe Bynum, blamed the accident on "100 percent pilot error." Mr.Bynum is exactly right. Raising the outriggers with the boom extended was a dumb thing to do, just plain dumb.
