The crane is a free standing Pecco from Morrow crane. The jib and the counter jib landed on top of each other on the deck of the building that was being built, the counter jib was under the jib so the counter jib must have come off first. An eye witness said that the crane was spinning around very fast at 1:00 a.m. and then it started to fall down. I can't figure out how the Jib and Counter jib landed on top of each other. It appears that it came apart at the turn table.
